Our Mission.
At Sanctify Training Solutions our mission is to provide exceptional training and education to law enforcement professionals, grounded in the principles of integrity, compassion, and justice. We strive to empower our students with the skills and ethical foundations necessary to serve and protect their communities with honor and dedication, guided by the highest moral and spiritual values. Our goal is to equip your department with the best education possible while staying cost effective.
Our core value is service to others. We are here to help other servants sharpen their abilities and give them the confidence to execute. We are passionate about providing high quality cost-effective training to agencies who do not have an endless training budget. Nearly half of all local law enforcement agencies in the United States have less than ten sworn officers. Over 90% of local law enforcement agencies employ less than fifty sworn officers and serve populations less than 50,000. Approximately 97% of America consist of rural areas. These areas are faced with challenges that their urban counterparts are not. These issues can place a strain on rural departments. Our training is geared towards that knowledge. Most departments don’t have a $100,000 informant budget, can’t afford all the gear needed for surveillance, don’t have 10+ officers on DTF, can’t afford to send their officers to multiagency DTF’s, where the patrol officer is also responsible for drug investigations. That is why we exist, to teach the 90% how to be successful in drug investigations despite all the obstacles.
